With « Side­walk », the Fonk’­Fa­rons want to get back to their roots.
After seve­ral shows mixing music and other artis­tic dis­ci­plines, the Brass-band felt the need to redis­co­ver the simple ener­gy of the street in all its raw­ness.
See­king free­dom of move­ment and ins­tinct, the Fonk’­Fa­rons aim for conta­gious play­ful­ness in the vital ener­gy of their com­po­si­tions. The new « Side­walk » reper­toire is mul­ti-cultu­ral, always dan­cing, in touch with people and public space.
